The conference registration for the IEEE ICC 2016 will be located on Level 3 in the Centre Core of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
All attendees and accompanying guests must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities. Please contact Brianna Hunt (iccreg@ieee.org) if you have any questions about registration.

REGISTRATION FEES
Registration is required for all participants of IEEE ICC 2016.
Authors must be registered by Friday, 26 February 2016.
Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to three papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an author account for these submissions.

PLEASE REMEMBER: At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the FULL OR LIMITED (RG01-RG06) rate even if the author is a student. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, it can cover up to three (3) papers on which the person who is registered is an author or co-author
The registration confirmation code you receive enables you to upload your final manuscript to the EDAS submission site. Sharing this code with anyone else is unethical and consequences apply. This EDAS Author Account must be accessed using the original submitting author log-in information.
Authors with overlength papers (7th page – US$100 over length charge) should pay for these extra pages via EDAS when they upload the final versions of their accepted papers.
IEEE COMSOC POLICY: To be published in the IEEE ICC 2016 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore, an author of each accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL or LIMITED (member or non-member) rate, and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions
PRESENTER SUBSTITUTION PROCEDURE: If no co-author is available to present at the conference, the TPC Chair can grant permission in some extreme cases to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter. If you need to make such a request, please fill out a Substitute Presenter Form no later than Friday, 13 May 2016. A copy of the form goes directly to the TPC Chair of approval.
REGISTRATION TRANSFER POLICY: All requests for registration transfers must be submitted to transfer@comsoc.org and received by Friday, 13 May 2016. After May 13, there will be a US $100 transfer fee imposed and possible additional fees depending upon the new registrant's membership status for each request.
VISA ASSISTANCE LETTERS: Non-Authors (Speakers, Committee Members, and paid attendees) requiring visa assistance letters, or authors needing a hard copy of the letter must complete a Comsoc Visa Assistance Request (http://visa.comsoc.org/). Authors should use EDAS to retrieve their personalized visa assistance letters (soft copy in PDF format). Request for a hard copy visa letter will be subject to a US $25 fee to cover the cost of courier delivery.
PRIVACY OF INFORMATION POLICY: Information provided by the registrant will only be used by IEEE and its organizational units to serve the registrant for this and potentially other IEEE sponsored events, and updating IEEE member records. In no way will any individual information be given through, for example sale, exchange, or loan, to a third party for any reasons except as required by the prevailing law.
